Ms Tshepo Naomi Tumelo
Psychologist
Ms Tshepo Naomi Tumelo is an organisational psychologist. She recently completed her master’s studies in organisational psychology at the University of the Witwatersrand and is currently working as an organisational psychology consultant and psychological counsellor in Botswana. Tshepo has conference speaking experience, having presented at the 23rd Annual Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology of South Africa (SIOPSA) Conference in 2021 and the 7th Southern African Students’ Psychology Conference (SASPC) in 2021. In addition, Tshepo hosted a wellness segment on a local radio station, DUMA FM, where she discussed psychological issues weekly. She is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology of South Africa (SIOPSA) and a lifetime member of the Golden Key Society. She is also a recipient of the University of the Witwatersrand Postgraduate Merit Award (PMA), which is awarded in recognition of exceptional academic performance.
Ms Katlego Maikano
Psychologist
Katlego Maikano is a psychological counselor and a psychometrist assistant with vast experience in the field. She practices psychotherapy with adults, couples, adolescents, and children. She is experienced in psychological assessment with core skills in clinical assessments, cognitive screening, personality assessments, and neuropsychological assessments. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology Degree from the University of Botswana.

Psychological Counsellor & Admin Assistant
Neo Lekorwe is an Administrative Assistant at Legato Center where she specializes in data entry, communication, calendar management and scheduling. She holds a bachelor of Psychology degree from the University of Botswana and is passionate about the intersection of mental health and productivity. With aspirations to become a registered Clinical Psychologist, Neo is dedicated to supporting clients and creating a welcoming space that prioritizes mental well-being beyond her professional responsibilities, she is an active community volunteer teaching adolescents debate skills, and advocating for reproductive health rights of young girls.

Admin Officer
Ms Koketso B.B Rachabatsotlhe holds a bachelors degree in business administration (international business) and is currently pursuing her MBA. As a seasoned professional she has worked in various administrative roles and works tirelessly to ensure the smooth running of our company. She is an active member of Global Shapers Botswana. Her blend of business acumen and leadership drives her efforts to create a lasting change both professionally and in the community.
Ms Karabo Moses
Front Desk Administrator
With a background experience in administrative roles, I bring a compassionate and organized approach to my work as a front desk administrator in a busy psychology clinic. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Counselling and have previously worked as a mental health care assistant, where I supported clients directly and developed a strong understanding of the importance of empathy, discretion, and mental health care. In my current role, I’m the first point of contact for clients and play a key part in keeping the clinic running smoothly. My responsibilities include managing appointment scheduling, coordinating with clinicians, handling client inquiries, and ensuring a warm, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door. I’m passionate about supporting both clients and clinical teams, and I enjoy being part of a workplace that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Ms. Bonnie Basima takes the lead as the Marketing Officer at Legato Center for Psychometric Assessment, focusing on developing strategic marketing initiatives that align with Legato's mission of promoting psychological well-being. This includes the creation of psychoeducation content across various social media platforms, identifying opportunities to enhance brand visibility and ensure consistency across all communication channels, elevating our online presence and reinforcing Legato's reputation as a trusted provider of psychometric assessment services.
